Having spent over twenty years in the food industry developing key supermarket brands for example Finest* and Organic produce and with some of best known celebrity chefs including Rick Stein I wanted to use the same passion and product ethos with my catering company..

All of my team have been selected for their individual skills and qualities who ensure the menus, food and service always meets the needs of the clients.

I work very closely with our suppliers who play a large part in deliverance of high standards in food quality.

We use many local suppliers who either produce or source their products within The Hamble Valley region or Hampshire.

We are proud members of Hampshire Fare, promoting the best in local food producers.

Our menus are adapted throughout the year to take advantage of seasons.
